- 1st step __ Preregistration:

You will have to enter your name, affiliation, to choose your registration fees … Then, you will receive a confirmation e-mail inviting you to proceed to the 2nd step.

Online registration

- 2nd step __ Registration and Payment (Credit card, bank transfer or order form):

You will have to choose the eventual additional dinners.

Fee

The registration fee includes the admission to the workshop and the exhibition, the proceedings, the coffee-breaks, the lunche of October 2 and the cocktail.
VAT is included in the prices.

Early bird rate

Applicable to all bookings received on or before July 23, 2016.

Presenting author

Only one presenting author will be accepted for technical presentations.

ASME or AFM members

A discount of 35 euros is granted to AFM or ASME members  (member’s number is required on the online registration).

Students

Students should give a copy of student card.

Cancellation

Deadline for cancellation and refunds registration fee: September 15, 2016.
